Universal Waste Pick Up Request

Please submit this form for universal waste only. Universal waste includes:

• Lightbulbs
• Paint
• Aerosol cans
• Batteries (except alkaline)

Under the "Container" section, you can combine similar wastes of the same size (e.g., 12 aerosol cans) rather than listing each separately as its own container. Choose "Custom Container" under the Container Type drop-down menu for this feature.
